Diamond S Company is locally owned, family operated, and specialized in the installation of natural gas pipelines. Since 1942, we have been a family of dedicated laborers and skilled tradesmen; and we are proud to bring natural gas to the Wasatch Front and the greater Salt Lake Valley.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Understand safe work practices and implement them in everyday duties
- Capable of communicating and working with others to finish the job safely and efficiently
- Willingness and desire to both improve upon and learn new techniques, skills, and duties
- Valid Driver’s License
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day-to-day operations on a jobsite
- Work with other contractors on site to finish the job
- Manage multiple crew members
- Assist co-workers in other areas if need be
- Teach new employees how to perform their duties safely and accurately
- Professionally communicate and handle confrontation on the job
- Increase productivity by effectively managing time
- Jump in to help the crew complete duties and finish the job
- Maintain vehicle, equipment, and tools to ensure safe and prolonged use
Pay
- Salary: $28.00 / Hour and up depending on experience
- Job Type: Full-time

- Vacation / Holiday – Starts at 20 hours after 1 year, and builds up to 2 weeks per year after 4 years with the company. Usually paid in a lump sum every Thanksgiving whether you took the time off or not.
