We’re Looking for Team Players

We’re looking for career-minded individuals who want to build a long-term career with our company.

In a small company like Diamond S, you will work in an environment where you know everyone by name; no one is just a number, or another cog in the wheel. If you want to be part of a team, to learn and grow with the job – we’re looking for you.

We typically work close to home; out-of-town work is only seasonal or intermittent, so our employees can be close to their families most of the time.

For more than eighty years, our employees have built an impeccable reputation for safety, quality, and integrity throughout Utah. With your help, we hope to continue this tradition of dependability and excellence.

Experience is Preferred, But Not Required

Working with natural gas requires precision and skill. We are looking for skilled tradesmen (pipe fusers, welders, etc.) who have the training and the required certification to work on natural gas lines. We will hire and support certification for dedicated workers, and we have some field-training opportunities for anyone looking to build a career with our company.

We are also seeking experienced equipment operators and drivers who demonstrate competence and operational awareness with our equipment.

In addition to general operators, we are highly interested in those who have experience with specialized shallow excavation equipment – specifically, the CASE 580 Loader Backhoe. It takes years to learn each trade within our company and move up to new positions; and though this machine is difficult to operate, it is the cornerstone of our production.
